Brightleaf Kennels Bounty was a Best In Show and Open In Show Winner and Many Best In Group wins. He was Reserve Challenge Dog and Best Open Exhibit In Show under Fred Parsons (UK). Bounty was out of a Blue Roan bitch given to me by a young salvation army officer. I often wonder where that young man is now, If only he could know what a great favour he did me! B.I.S and Multi Group Winner, Dam Of Many Winners. And 4th in a class of 44 Open Bitches, which included the Challenge and Reserve winning bitches at Sydney Royal Easter Show in 1962. Most classes were twenty or thirty dogs plus in those "Good Old Days". Bess was quite black, but being bred from a Black bitch and a Blue Roan dog. Bess put to Bounty (Blue Roan),she gave me Bountiful, Not to be confused with CH. Brightleaf Bountifull, Spelt with two L's.
